| Proposed Analysis: | We want to explore the automated image classification and segmentation using machine learning and deep learning, and examine correlations between image data and all other metrics such as demographic/cognitive measures. Our first approach is exploratory in the sense that we 'attack' the data without a hypothesis to see where some relationships emerge, we will follow this up with a deeper analysis. Analysis will be initially conducted in a teaching setting ("data challenge"), but we plan on continuing the efforts also linked to grad student research. |
