| Proposed Analysis: | Using ADNI neuroimaging phenotypes and genetic data we would like to conduct studies to identify genetic risk factors and biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease. In addition to this, we would like to perform stratified analyses to understand influence of Sex and APOE4. In combination with genetic data available through the Alzheimer’s Disease Sequencing Project and other omics data available through various AD consortia, we are hoping to develop novel methods to identify genetic risk factors using polygenic score analysis. |
