| Proposed Analysis: | Transfer Learning is a new machine learning approach that uses the Knowledge of a problem and apply it for a similar problem. In this research I would like to explore the use of transfer learning for prediction Alzheimer’s disease using GWAS data. The methods will involve several stages, including QC, associations test, feature selection and the proposed transfer deep learning. |
