| Proposed Analysis: | Variations of the human brain structure are highly heritable. A recent study using UKBB data has identified multiple risked genes for regional brain volumes and DTI parameters. Many of these risk genes are shared across traits. We would like to study the shared genetic architecture across diverse traits associated with brain structure. We would like to include the AIBL, ADNI, and ADNIDOD datasets for validation. |
