| Proposed Analysis: | We have a large number of longitudinal MRI scans and neuropsych data from individuals with Parkinson's disease (PD). From this data we have determined a range of biomarkers that are are predictive for the risk of future cognitive decline in PD. We wish to now investigate the similarity between these biomarkers and what is seen in the development of MCI and AD in people who do not have PD. |
