| Proposed Analysis: | This proposed analysis aims to use ADNI data to assess the associations of blood biomarker with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and cognition. Specifically, we have identified associations of several cardiovascular proteins with risk of AD and cognition. Some of these biomarkers are available in ADNI. We will perform survival neural network which combine neuro network and cox regression to investigate the effect of baseline biomarker on development of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and AD. |
