| Proposed Analysis: | We are developing an amyloid prediction model based on a range of clinical and imaging endpoints, utilising data from ADNI and other initiatives. Data from other sources have been segmented using Combinostics' cMRI rather than Freesurfer. We would like to investigate whether there are significant and/or systematic differences between the cMRI and Freesurfer outputs, and (if appropriate) correct for them. |
