Proposed Analysis: | We propose to use Graph Convolution Networks(GCN) to analyze the MRI data and to predict Alzheimer's disease. We will leverage interpretable machine learning methods to reveal the underlying logic of such models. We will also let fairness criteria guide the building process, in order to make the model transparent and fair for users. |
