Proposed Analysis: | Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) analysis can be differentiated in functional and effective connectivity measures. Functional connectivity measures, like fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations (fALFF), regional homogeneity (ReHo) and degree centrality (DC), as well as effective connectivity measures like stochastic Dynamic Causal Modelling (DCM) and spectral DCM are well established. We would like to analyse rs-fMRI with the new regression DCM method (Frässle S, Lomakina EI, Razi A, Friston KJ, Buhmann JM, Stephan KE. Regression DCM for fMRI. Neuroimage. 2017 Jul 15;155:406-421. doi: 10.1016/j.neuroimage.2017.02.090. Epub 2017 Mar 1. PMID: 28259780.) and compare the results to the established mentioned measures in healthy aging, subjective cognitive impairment, mild cognitive impairment, and Alzheimer's disease (AD). |
