| Proposed Analysis: | I want to investigate to what extent current models of diffusion MRI lead to comparable measures of intra-cellular volume fraction (ICVF), both in healthy subjects and different pathologies. To achieve this goal, I would process data from ADNI3 to estimate ICVF in white matter using several models (including NODDI, SMT, WMTI, Ball&Stick). This will give a better sense of which models one could use to characterise the effects of neurodegeneration in white matter. |
