| Proposed Analysis: | Explore the venous circulation system(primarily using SWI)in HC,MCI and AD. Then try to find relationship between alternations in venous circulation system with raditional vascular risk factors(such as age, sex, HTN); plasma, CSF biomarkers(such as Ab,tau, VEGF, MMPs); neuroimaging markers(such as lacune, WMH, CMB, ePVS). In this way, we may find the role venous circulation system may play in the development of AD and chances are that provide certain therapeutic target. |
