Proposed Analysis: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common behavioral disorder in children. So far, its pathogenesis is not understood completely, and the diagnosis of ADHD still needs enough monitoring data to be manually interpreted by domain experts. Its analysis mostly depends on subjective methods such as questionnaire surveys and behavior observation. Thus, the early diagnosis of ADHD patients becomes even more challenging. This study proposes a new model to learn the ``important'' factors of interest hidden in the fMRI data which is naturally non-linear.
