Proposed Analysis: | We propose to utilize ADNI data to define structural imaging correlates of Alzheimer's disease state and progression. We will do this by applying models to predict disease state, as defined by clinical status, cognitive tests, or biomarkers, with structural imaging data. We will then use the structural imaging correlates of disease defined in ADNI in other datasets to define participant risk for Alzheimer's. We will may also use ADNI data in meta-analyses of Alzheimer's disease risk and/or progression in genetic studies related to neurodegeneration. |
