Proposed Analysis: | Circadian dysfunction is a potential contributor to the pathogenesis of AD. Studying the mechanism of circadian dysregulation might be helpful in the development of new drugs for AD. Identifying the genetic variants that promote variations of circadian rhythms may contribute to the risk of AD. We will explore the genetic variants of circadian genes and their association with AD progression by using ADNI data. |
