| Proposed Analysis: | Develop a deep learning algorithm to better identify the association between brain connectivity network (BCN) features and outcomes. In this aim, the GNODE deep learning framework will be extended to allow the fusion of both the local and global features of BCNs. Other confounders and covariates like age and gender will also be included in this model. |
