Proposed Analysis: | Imaging data of ADNI will be used to define signatures of AD pathology. Based on these signatures we will derive continous scores of subclinical AD in independent population-based data. This approach has alredy been sucessfully applied in the past using T1-weighted images from the ADNI-1 screening sample [1,2]. We aim to extend these analysis by defining signatures of AD atrophy from 3T instead of 1,5T T1 scans and integrating other modalities (e.g. FLAIR images).
