Proposed Analysis:	Objective:We hope to investigate the changes in mri structure, perfusion, and function of the bilateral hippocampus and its subareas in patients with mild cognitive impairment and AD. Method:We will compare the mri structure, perfusion, and function of the hippocampus and its subareas in the normal control group, the cognitive impairment group, and the AD group，and analyzed the correlation between the different imaging indicators and the cognitive assessment data.
