| Proposed Analysis: | I want to analyze blood test factors not usually utilized in AD biomarkers. I have worked on the article titled "The clinical use of blood-test factors for Alzheimer’s disease: improving the prediction of cerebral amyloid deposition by the QPLEXTM Alz plus assay kit". (https://doi.org/10.1038/s12276-021-00638-3) I want to analyze these and other bio-medical check-up factors not only in Korean samples but also ADNI data set. And also want to discover blood check factors in longitudinal samples to predict disease progress by blood test factors. For analysis, I need data on demographics, Neurological exams, screening labs, Vital signs, cognitive assessments, and medication. Please check the research plan and share data. Thanks. |
