Proposed Analysis: | May 7th, 2022 Dear administrator Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients show altered patterns of functional connectivity (FC) on resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) scans, as well as and structural connectivity in diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). It is yet unclear which rs-fMRI or structural measures are most informative for the individual classification of AD patients. We are greatly interested in the specific role of the functional and structural imaging on classification of AD patients. We want to investigate this using rs-fMRI and DTI scans in individuals of normal cognition, mild cognitive cognition, and AD. Importantly, we want to explore the unique effect of combing them with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) on classification of AD patients. The Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) seeks to develop biomarkers of the disease and advance the understanding of AD pathophysiology, improve diagnostic methods for early detection of AD and improve clinical trial design. We would like to download the data from ADNI, could you please give us the permission to download it. Yours Sincerely, Dan Yang E-mail: ydseu9966@163.com |
