| Proposed Analysis: | ADNI is considering using Novoic's speech phenotyping technology for screening and longitudinal follow-ups in ADNI-4. We would like access to the database for the following purposes: - Helping to organise and label our raw data and predictive outputs for inclusion in LONI. - Monitoring the performance of our algorithms and informing future algorithm development for LONI. For example: updating our normative demographic score corrections based on the URP groups recruited into ADNI-4. - Evaluating and publishing the cross-sectional and longitudinal predictive performance of our algorithms; evaluating the ability of our machine learning algorithms to predict MCI status, neuropsych test scores and amyloid biomarkers from story recall data. The goal of this work is to accelerate the adoption of objective speech analysis algorithms in clinical research and clinical care. |
