Proposed Analysis: | We will leverage the AD mapping data to identify brain regions particularly impacted by Alzheimer's disease severity. These maps will then be combined with multiple heterogeneous human brain maps (neurotransmitter receptor density, gene expression, and structure) to examine other neural features specific to AD-specific brain regions. For example, to see whether there are particular genes that are over- or under-expressed in AD-specific brain regions. |
