Proposed Analysis: We would like to obtain this dataset to complete a multimodal machine learning analysis, making predictions such as AD stages. We intend to use deep learning (DL) to synthetically analyze imaging (magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)), genetic (single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)), and clinical test data to classify patients into AD, MCI, and control (CN) groups. We plan to use autoencoders to extract features from clinical and genetic data and use convolutional neural networks (CNN) to process the imaging data. We also intend to develop interpretable methods for this data to identify features learned by deep models with optimal performance for clustering and perturbation analysis.
