| Proposed Analysis: | Proposed analysis will involve voxel and deformation based morpohometry alongside estimation of cortical thickness using CAT12/SPM12. Further to this, pattern classification tools (PRoNTo) will be used to compare specificity/sensitivity of the above structural measures in unseen patient classification. These analyses are proposed for completion of an MSc research dissertation project. |
