| Proposed Analysis: | Apologies for the copy-paste across dataset requests, but the scientific interest (and intended pipeline) is fairly similar. In a nutshell, I am interested in doing explainable graph machine learning on brain data. The connectome graphs (functional or structural) can be extracted by pairwise correlation between ROIs, either comparing activation patterns or structural features. Then recent graph-convolutional neural networks can be applied. My interest is to apply existing and novel explainability techniques to these models, in order to provide human-understandable description of the decisional pathways that drove the ML model output. |
