| Proposed Analysis: | Our project aims to identify early markers of neurodegenerative disease, including Alzheimer’s disease and mild cognitive impairment. We plan to study gene expression from blood, as well as proteomics and metabolomics data from blood and cerebrospinal fluid. We plan to conduct an integrated multi-omics analysis, and observe differential expression between control, MCI, and AD subjects. |
