| Proposed Analysis: | The project is called "Harmonisation of neuroimaging data to optimise sensitivity to disease progression in Alzheimer's". It encompasses comparing different approaches (e.g. ComBat, NeuroHarmony) to post-hoc (statistical) harmonisation techniques for neuroimaging data from various MRI scanners. We will be using patient and Control MRI data and compare the efficiency of the harmonisation techniques on improving the efficiency of algorithms for classifying stable MCIs from progressive MCIs. This project is part of one of my undergraduate final-year modules. |
