| Proposed Analysis: | This data will be used for a final course project in bioimage informatics. In particular, we will be analyzing various segmentation techniques (watershed, k-means, etc) and their effectiveness at differentiating Alzheimer's from Mild Cognitive Impairment. We will be using fMRI imaging data from both Alzheimer's and MCI patients in the ADNI dataset, focusing on the hippocampus region. |
