| Proposed Analysis: | As part of my PhD studies, I want to utilise frameworks from self-supervised and contrastive learning as well as semi-supervised learning to improve both diagnostic and prognostic tools for Alzheimer's disease. In addition, I want to discover novel clinical applications by predicting meaningful metrics which enhance the decision-process of physicians. I believe there are still many possibilities to develop more robust and precise models with a wider horizon of applications by utilising this initiative. This analysis involves using the provided data set to optimise model parameters based on a specified goal such as reconstruction, clustering or similar concepts. |
