Proposed Analysis: | We seek to develop and apply artificial intelligence algorithms, i. e. deep autoencoder architectures in order to achieve an explainable mapping of multimodal biomarkers related to normal aging, mild cognitive impairment, and Alzheimer's disease (AD). We hope that this could find application in the early AD diagnosis by offering high performing explainable predictions and uncovering biomarker interactions that lead to the diagnosis. |
