Proposed Analysis: | We plan to use ADNI database to validate the mathematical models that we developed for Alzheimer's disease. More specifically, we will use the CSF biomarker data to validate the mathematical model of ordinary differential equations. The imaging data will be used to validate the mathematical model of partial differential equations. Once the models are validated, we will use the mathematical model to conduct personalized predictions for each individual. |
