| Proposed Analysis: | I am going to use this dataset to do some researches on deep learning. Specifically, I am focusing on multimodal explanation on biological data and try to build some cross modal explanations using deep neural networks. For example, if there are image data showing the CT or something else and some other types of data, like gene sequences. I am going to find the inner relations between the gene sequence and the image. |
