| Proposed Analysis: | Using data from the dataset with a Deep Learning model to test the early diagnosis of neurodegenerative disorders, specifically Alzheimer's disease, and connect genetic/molecular profiles with Alzheimer's. The Deep Learning model will be trained using neuroimaging, specifically early stages of neurodegeneration and Alzheimer's. Following that, the model should be able recognize Alzheimer's within its early stages and be able to predict its progression. Additionally, genetic data of the patients, if available, will be used to connect genes and neurodegeneration. After training, the model should be able to predict neurodegeneration, within a certain time frame, based on genetic data. |
