Proposed Analysis:	I'm analyzing automatic registration algorithms as a way to derive segmentation of brain structures. I want to see if these algorithms perform worse in brains with more atrophy (ADNI). I'm also developing ways to improve this registration and this could bring more precision when analysis these datasets.
