| Proposed Analysis: | I have been working on the development of statistical methodologies to test changes over time in fiber pathways. The relevant publication is as follows: Goo, Juna & Sakhanenko, Lyudmila & Zhu, David. (2022). A chi-square type test for time-invariant fiber pathways of the brain. Statistical Inference for Stochastic Processes. 25. 10.1007/s11203-022-09268-6. We developed a similar test with finite curve differences that do not require many time points. We look forward to utilizing ADNI DTI longitudinal datasets to evaluate the test liability. |
