Proposed Analysis:	To evaluate how amyloid and tau pathology and associated cognitive performance manifests between the sexes among all ethnic groups. Secondly, to evaluate APOE by sex interactions on CSF and amyloid and tau PET AD biomarkers and cognitive markers in a diverse sample.
