Proposed Analysis: | During the long follow-up period of AD studies, sporadic missing data are ubiquitous. When missingness is associated with the unobserved underlying response process (e.g., sicker patients are more likely to miss visits or drop out), the missing data are missing not at random (MNAR, or non-ignorable). The missing data can be either monotone or intermittent. To handle non-ignorable intermittent missing data imputation, we will use a parametric joint modeling of multivariate longitudinal model and survival data from ADNI study. Using Heckman’s imputation model, each missing observation is imputed multiple times, and Rubin's rule will be applied to obtain the valid results. |
