Proposed Analysis:	Background: Understanding the phenomena of lipid species in Alzheimer's disease (AD) can support the understanding of the pathophysiology of this disease. Objective: Assess the association between AD e lipid species. Methods: Associations between lipid species and AD, and mediation analysis to define the treatment effect of risk factors for lipid alterations on AD biomarkers.
