Proposed Analysis: | Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing on behalf of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Sixth Hospital Translational Medicine Center located in Shanghai, China. Our team is currently working on developing a machine-learning model for predicting Alzheimer's disease (AD), and we would like to request access to your study data for the purpose of external validation of our model. Our study consists of 1399 participants and has a wealth of information, including PET and MRI imaging results, cognitive assessments (ACE-III, MMSE, MoCA-B, ADL), and quantified metabolic results. Our team has a strong background in AD research, with prior studies focusing on metabolic profiles in AD populations, including "The Clinical and Mechanistic Roles of Bile Acids in Depression, Alzheimer's Disease, and Stroke," "Peripheral Serum Metabolomic Profiles Inform Central Cognitive Impairment," and "Alterations in Metabolic Pathways and Networks in Alzheimer's Disease." The data from the ADNI Study is critical for the success of our research, and we would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. If granted access, we are committed to adhering to all ethical and legal requirements for data usage and will ensure the confidentiality of all information obtained from the study. Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to your response and the opportunity to collaborate with your team. Sincerely, Xiaowen Chao Shanghai Jiao Tong University Affiliated Sixth Hospital Translational Medicine Center |
