Proposed Analysis: | We are planning to process the dMRI and fMRI data of ADNI3 through the HCP pipelines and obtain structural and functional connectivity maps for each subject. We will then use our recent approach for identifying connectivity divergences (https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciadv.abq2022) to explore dysconnections and changes in brain organisation that are linked to pathology. Our project is a large scale effort to combine different datasets for identifying transdiagnostic effects of psychiatric and neurological conditions using quantitative connectivity mapping approaches that we have recently developed and were not possible before. This work is performed within a larger Research Programme (funded by the European Research Council: 101000969) and all investigators have research Good clinical practice and research integrity training. IRB approval is implicit within our University as it hosts the above programme grant and proposed work is within the remit of the objectives. |
