I am a first-year graduate student at Xi'an Jiaotong University, China.My research is focused on deep learning method and machine learning method on brain age prediction. Our group recently work on how to Integrate different modes of magnetic resonance data to extract the most useful features to predict brain age,and we have also read many papers using your data set for research, these work was so interesting and was attractive to us. And we want to extract different features based on structural magnetic resonance image and functional magnetic resonance image data based on previous work, and then use the CNN method developed by our team to predict brain age, so we want to apply for T1, T2, DWI and fMRI data sets of your center for follow-up research. At present, our team has the previous research foundation, and has published the application of related brain age prediction in patients with mTBI in Neurotrauma. I am wondering if you could kindly send us the dataset and the necessary information.
