| Proposed Analysis: | Focusing on the therapeutic target mechanism of Alzheimer 's disease ( AD ) and its new drug research and development, we focus on the following aspects : To systematically study and clarify the relationship between the metabolism of polyterpenes in the brain and the regulation of the function and expression of P-glycoprotein ( P-gp ) on the blood-brain barrier and the pathogenesis and treatment of AD. It provides a new research direction and idea for exploring the etiology and pathological mechanism of AD, and provides clues and experimental basis for finding new targets for AD prevention and treatment. |
