Proposed Analysis: Many studies using conventional DTI have found changes in various regions including the frontal lobe, temporal lobe, parietal white matter, hippocampus, and corpus callosum in patients with MCI. There have been efforts to differentiate between healthy individuals, MCI, and AD through neuropsychological testing and structural brain changes, and patients with IADL impairment have been found to be at higher risk of transitioning to AD. However, these studies have not been investigated in DTI, so if a correlation can be found, it will allow for more efficient diagnosis. Therefore, to prove the hypothesis that white matter structure and neuropsychological tests are correlated in DTI, we investigate the correlation between voxel-based analysis of aMCI and naMCI and neuropsychological tests using DTI, and identify factors useful for predicting dysfunction through machine learning to predict MCI subtype and neurocognitive function.
