Proposed Analysis: | Information extracted from multimodal data can be transformed into latent representations that are useful in deep learning models for various tasks, such as prediction, image segmentation, and survival analysis. In the context of Alzheimer's Disease, supervised and unsupervised clustering, temporal clustering, and cohort selection can be conducted based on these latent representations. My research focuses on the development of appropriate latent representations for inter- and intra-patient variability, with the aim of applying these representations in biomedical engineering and uncovering hidden knowledge through data-driven approaches. I have investigated the identification of latent representations using generative models, such as autoencoders, for time-series data. These methods can also be applied to analyze the clinical progression of Alzheimer's Disease. In my research, I will employ various techniques in which I have gained expertise. I plan to write an academic paper in the future. My google scholar profile is below, https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=Xe-lX-oAAAAJ |
