| Proposed Analysis: | I am the Academic director of the Molecular Biology and Genetics Interest Group of the National University of Colombia. We propose an algorithm for analyzing the data in ADNI. We want to use Support Vector Machine (SVM), in combination with an algorithm for dimensionality reduction and an optimization algorithm for the hyperparameters in the SVM. |
