| Proposed Analysis: | Hello, I am Dr. Ding Xiao from the Department of Respiratory Medicine at Suzhou University Affiliated Hospital. My PhD advise is Professor Chen Rui. Our research focus is on cognitive impairment caused by sleep apnea. Among Alzheimer's disease patients, there are many Osas patients. We plan to study their cranial functional magnetic resonance imaging changes, including functional connectivity, brain network, gray matter volume modification, and cortical complexity, in order to investigate the impact of Osas on cognitive impairment and its synergistic effect with Alzheimer's disease.
