| Proposed Analysis: | I mainly intend to explore the related research on the changes of white matter and gray matter in the brain of type 2 diabetes patients with APOE gene, and take this research as the subject of graduate graduation. APOE is an important apolipoprotein, and previous studies have found that APOE4 carriers exhibit poorer memory levels. There is also a decrease in memory in T2DM patients. In micro level research, there may be mechanisms for interaction between the two. However, there is no similar research in the macroscopic brain structure. Therefore, the subjects were divided into APOE4 carriers and non carriers, type 2 diabetes patients and normal people. Four dimensions were divided to explore whether APOE carrying type 2 diabetes patients would cause a wider range of white matter gray matter changes. |
