Proposed Analysis: | I am particularly interested in the resting-state fMRI of healthy controls in this dataset. I am studying the neurophysiology of musculoskeletal pain, and I need healthy controls to complete my first and second Aims of my dissertation. I will pre-process the data with fMRIPrep and AFNI before running a whole-brain, patient-control contrast with those who have active musculoskeletal pain and those who are healthy controls. Then, with the clusters that pass the cluster correction, I will run a whole-brain, functional connectivity analyses with another patient-control contrast. |
