| Proposed Analysis: | We are working on validating a scale to assess the amygdala atrophy. This scale will be used to identify in vivo LATE patients. Therefore, we would need to validate this scale on confirmed post-mortem TDP43 pathology. We would need the MRI and post mortem confirmation to validate our scale that has been already validated using inter and intra-rater assessment in the Geneva Memory Center population. |
