| Proposed Analysis: | For my Bsc project I decided to compare different machine learning models on Alzheimer's disease diagnosis. I have decided to compare a Random Forest model, a 3d-cnn model and a cnn + rnn also known as crnn architecture to diagnose Alzheimer's and to train those models I want to use ADNI datasets. One big advantage is the longitudinal data which is suitable for the crnn to exploit the temporal features of the disease's progression. Thank you for reading this. |
