Proposed Analysis:	I would like to test a newly developed functional data analysis approach on the ADNI database. The method allows finding association patterns between multiple longitudinal biomarkers. Therefore, the goal would be to apply it to find associations between multiple brain longitudinal biomakers extracted from the ADNI dataset. More precisely I would like to find associations between those longitudinal biomarkers and an outcome, likely the disease status (HC/MCI/AD). An additional analysis adding a survival response is also considered.
